All appointments that require billing are $35 per 15 minutes

Even if you dont see your insurance in the list below, give us a call because this list is always changing

First Choice, Kaiser Access

At your first appointment using any of these plans, please bring your health insurance card.  It's also possible that you will need a referral from your primary care provider; call the number on your card to find out.
