Restorative yoga - Taught by Rachel Scanlon, provides healing for both the body and mind and may be practiced by anyone. Not only does it help people to overcome illness and injury, it is also useful for eliminating stress, fatigue, depression and anxiety. Very relaxing, meditative, and gentle, this practice utilizes props if needed to reduce stress on the body. 1 hour • $10 Mondays 7:30 pm
Intro to Vinyasa Yoga - Taught by Rachel Scanlon. In Vinyasa yoga, the poses are performed in a "flow" or sequence in which breath and movement are dynamically connected. Vinyasa yoga increases strength, balance, and flexibility, and also calms the mind and body. In the intro class, students will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga so they may progress to a more intermediate level class. 1 hour • $10 • Wednesdays 7:30 pm

Qigong - (chee gong) is taught by Cindy Carmichael Taylor. Qigong literally means "Life Energy Cultivation". It is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), or what has been translated as "intrinsic life energy". 1 hour • $10 • Tuesdays 6:00 p.m.
Senior Exercise - Cindy Carmichael Taylor leads this class of fun, easy movements that help to keep us active. It's easier to get your full movement workout when you are with other people, rather than doing it home alone. 1 hour • $5 • Fridays 10:00 am
Creative Meditation 4 week series - is taught by Cindy Carmichael Taylor.
This 4-week class involves simple and effective meditation techniques that will help you develop and understand your intuitive awareness. As you practice, your intuitive awareness becomes an integral part of your daily experience. Discover your ability to redefine, reclaim and renew your personal space even when you are frazzled. You must attend this class series from the first class. 1.5 hr • $80 • 4 Tuesdays Jan. 23, 30 Feb. 6, 13 - 7:00pm - 8:30pm
